Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING PARTNER

All orders placed on Sweet Khazana are processed and shipped through our shipping partners. Delivery services are subject to the availability of logistics support in the respective location.

2. SHIPPING TIME

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all products within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 3 working days (excluding public holidays and declared holidays)
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3 – 4 working days (excluding public holidays and declared holidays)
  • Remote & Small Areas: Estimated based on location
  • Same Day Delivery: Available only in selected locations within Hyderabad
  • Normal Delivery: As per the date requested by the customer

Note: At times, delivery may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic delays, strikes, product unavailability, public holidays, and natural disasters.

We do not guarantee delivery time for local deliveries during festive seasons. For outstation deliveries, since we use third-party courier services, we do not guarantee exact delivery timelines but will provide tracking information.

3. DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer during the order placement.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses are not supported.
  • If a customer needs to make changes to the order, they must contact our support team immediately. Changes may be accommodated only if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, no modifications can be made.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-attempted delivery.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers will receive an email with tracking details as soon as their order is shipped.

5. TAXES & DUTIES

Any additional charges such as GST, customs tax, excise duty, service tax, or other direct/indirect taxes applicable post-shipment, in any country, state/province, city/town, or district (both national and international), shall be borne by the consignee/customer.
